  • How long do Asia eSIM plans last?

    Plans are valid for between 7 days and 180 days. The validity period begins when you first connect to a supported network using your eSIM, not from the purchase or install date.

  • Do Asia eSIMs support 5G and hotspot?

    Some plans include 5G where the local network supports it; the others run on 4G. Each plan page shows its network type. Hotspot and tethering are supported, and shared devices use your plan's data allowance.

  • Can I top up a Asia eSIM?

    Some plans can. 43 of 72 plans are reloadable, so you can add data from your account when your allowance runs low. The others cannot be topped up, so buy a new eSIM when the data is used up.
