Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Regulations”), you may have the right to cancel your purchase of digital content within 14 days of the contract being formed (“Cooling-Off Period”), unless you have explicitly waived this right by agreeing to the immediate commencement of the digital service. Please note that once you download or activate the eSIM, your right to cancel under the Regulations may no longer apply.

No Refunds After Activation

Once the eSIM is activated, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in this policy. Activation of the eSIM indicates that the digital service has commenced, which typically limits your statutory right to cancel. By proceeding with activation, you acknowledge and agree to waive your Cooling-Off Period in relation to the digital content provided.

Procedure for Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase before activation of the eSIM:

  • Contact us at support@simplysim.co.uk to request cancellation.
  • Provide your order details, including your order number and email address used for the purchase.
  • We will process your cancellation and, if eligible, issue a refund within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Defective or Faulty eSIM Products

In the event you receive a defective eSIM or experience an activation issue attributable to our service:

  • Contact us immediately at support@simplysim.co.uk or via our contact form.
  • We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include offering a replacement or, in some cases, a refund if required by law.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

Refunds and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of our confirmation for the refund to be reflected on your statement.

Exclusions and Limitations

We reserve the right to decline any refund or replacement request if we reasonably believe the request to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise made in bad faith. This policy applies only to eSIM products purchased directly from SimplySIM via our official website. Third-party sellers or marketplaces may have their own return and refund policies, which we are not responsible for.
