At SimplySim, security is our top priority. That’s why we use Stripe, a world-renowned payment gateway, to process all online transactions. Stripe employs advanced encryption and fraud prevention tools to safeguard your personal and financial data.

Accepted Cards

Through Stripe, we accept debit and credit cards from:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Cards can be used on any order, with no minimum spend. All card data is handled securely by Stripe, and no sensitive information is stored on our servers.

Additional Payment Options

In addition to card payments, these options appear at checkout when your order qualifies:

  • Apple Pay: Pay with the card saved on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Any order value.
  • Google Pay: Pay with the card saved in your Google account. Any order value. Available on our website; coming soon to the SimplySIM app.
  • Pay by bank: Pay straight from your UK banking app. Orders in pounds over £0.50.
  • iDEAL and Bancontact: Orders in euros over €0.50.

Things to Note

  • Instant Payment Confirmation: Your eSIM plan is usually activated as soon as we receive payment confirmation.
  • Currency & Fees: Prices are shown in pounds (GBP) or euros (EUR). Additional fees may apply depending on your card issuer or bank.
  • Refunds: If you qualify for a refund under our Terms and Conditions, it will be processed through the same payment method used during checkout.
  • Secure Environment: We use SSL encryption on our website to ensure that all data transferred remains private and secure.
