Delete your SimplySIM account

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, mobile, country)
• Marketing preferences and any newsletter subscription
• Saved devices, push-notification tokens and login history
• eSIM activation records linked to your account

What we keep, and why

• Order and payment records, retained for legal and tax compliance (typically 6 years in the UK). These are anonymised where possible and are never used for marketing.

How long it takes

We action requests within 30 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done. If we need anything else from you to verify your identity we’ll be in touch first.
