Earn While You Share

1. Eligibility

1.1. To participate in the SimplySIM Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid SimplySIM account
• Comply with all terms and conditions of our service

1.2. SimplySIM reserves the right to reject any applicant or terminate any participant's involvement in the Affiliate Program for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Codes

2.1. Each SimplySIM account holder is assigned a unique affiliate code.

2.2. Your affiliate code is personal to you and should not be altered or modified in any way.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate code. If you believe your code has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. You will earn tokens equal to 10% of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping) when a customer uses your affiliate code during their first checkout only.

3.2. Each token is equivalent to 1 USD in value, redeemable for SimplySIM products only.

3.3. Commissions are only earned on completed first-time transactions. If a transaction is canceled, refunded, or disputed, any associated tokens will be deducted from your account.

3.4. Tokens are credited to your account after the 14-day cooling-off period has passed and the transaction is finalized.

3.5. No commission is earned on repeat purchases by the same customer, even if they use the affiliate code again.

4. Token Redemption

4.1. Tokens can only be redeemed for SimplySIM products.

4.2. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

4.3. Tokens expire 12 months after the date they are credited to your account.

4.4. SimplySIM reserves the right to adjust token values or modify the redemption process with 30 days' notice to program participants.

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. When promoting SimplySIM using your affiliate code, you must:

• Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate and not as an official representative of SimplySIM
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, privacy, and data protection

5.2. You may not:

• Use misleading or deceptive promotional methods
• Make false claims about SimplySIM products or services
• Create fake accounts to generate commissions
• Use your own affiliate code to purchase products
• Engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals (using your own affiliate code)
• Creating multiple accounts to generate commissions
• Using automated systems to generate affiliate traffic
• Bidding on SimplySIM trademarks or brand terms in search engines
• Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently generate commissions

6.2. SimplySIM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating your participation in the Affiliate Program and forfeiting any accumulated tokens.

7. Program Changes and Termination

7.1. SimplySIM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with 30 days' notice.

7.2. SimplySIM may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

7.3. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. SimplySIM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8.2. SimplySIM does not guarantee any level of performance or earnings from participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Privacy

9.1. SimplySIM will collect, use, and disclose information related to your participation in the Affiliate Program in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
