How do I get my affiliate code?

Your unique affiliate code is automatically generated when you create an account with SimplySIM. You can find it, along with a ready-made share link, in your account dashboard and in the SimplySIM app.

What does my friend get?

Your friend gets 10% off their first order when they use your code at the basket or checkout. It is one discount per order, so it cannot be combined with another promo code.

How much can I earn?

You earn 5% of what a referred customer pays on every order placed with your affiliate code, not just the first. For example, if someone chooses a £50 eSIM package as their first order using your code, they get 10% off and pay £45, and you receive 2.25 tokens (worth £2.25). If they later buy a £20 eSIM with your code, you receive another 1 token.

There is no limit to how many people you can refer or how many tokens you can earn.

How do tokens work?

Each token is worth 1 GBP in value towards SimplySIM products. You can accumulate tokens and use them to purchase eSIMs for yourself or as gifts for others.

When do I receive my tokens?

Tokens are credited to your account once the referred order is delivered, the eSIM is in use, and at least 14 days have passed since purchase.

Can I transfer my tokens to someone else?

No, tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Do tokens expire?

No, tokens currently do not expire.

Can I convert tokens to cash?

No, tokens have no cash value and can only be redeemed for products on SimplySIM.

Is there a minimum redemption amount?

There is no minimum redemption amount. You can use as few or as many of your tokens as you like toward a purchase.

Do I earn commission on repeat orders?

Yes. You earn 5% in tokens on every order placed with your affiliate code, not just the first. Your friend's 10% discount applies to their first order only.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. To participate in the SimplySIM Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid SimplySIM account
Comply with all terms and conditions of our service

1.2. SimplySIM reserves the right to reject any applicant or terminate any participant's involvement in the Affiliate Program for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Codes

2.1. Each SimplySIM account holder is assigned a unique affiliate code.

2.2. Your affiliate code is personal to you and should not be altered or modified in any way.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate code. If you believe your code has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. You will earn tokens equal to 5% of the amount paid on every order placed with your affiliate code.

3.2. Each token is equivalent to 1 GBP in value, redeemable for SimplySIM products only.

3.3. Commissions are only earned on completed transactions. If a transaction is canceled, refunded, or disputed, any associated tokens will be deducted from your account.

3.4. Tokens are credited to your account once the referred order is delivered, the eSIM is in use, and at least 14 days have passed since purchase, even if the eSIM is used before then.

3.5. Repeat purchases by the same customer also earn commission when your affiliate code is applied to the order.

4. Token Redemption

4.1. Tokens can only be redeemed for SimplySIM products.

4.2. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

4.3. Tokens do not expire.

4.4. SimplySIM reserves the right to adjust token values or modify the redemption process with 30 days' notice to program participants.

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. When promoting SimplySIM using your affiliate code, you must:

Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate and not as an official representative of SimplySIM
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, privacy, and data protection

5.2. You may not:

Use misleading or deceptive promotional methods
Make false claims about SimplySIM products or services
Create fake accounts to generate commissions
Use your own affiliate code to purchase products
Engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Self-referrals (using your own affiliate code)
Creating multiple accounts to generate commissions
Using automated systems to generate affiliate traffic
Bidding on SimplySIM trademarks or brand terms in search engines
Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently generate commissions

6.2. SimplySIM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating your participation in the Affiliate Program and forfeiting any accumulated tokens.

7. Program Changes and Termination

7.1. SimplySIM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with 30 days' notice.

7.2. SimplySIM may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

7.3. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. SimplySIM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8.2. SimplySIM does not guarantee any level of performance or earnings from participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Privacy

9.1. SimplySIM will collect, use, and disclose information related to your participation in the Affiliate Program in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
