  Speed capped data means that while you can use unlimited data, your connection speed may be limited after a certain threshold (usually around 1GB). This is to ensure fair usage among all users on the network. This is set by the local network operator and may vary by country. For full speed data without limits, please consider set GB data packages instead of unlimited data as these do not have speed limits.

• Can I share my eSIM with other devices?

  No, an eSIM is device-specific and cannot be shared between devices. However, you can use your device as a hotspot to provide internet to other devices, subject to your eSIM's data allowance and local regulations about tethering.

• What happens when I run out of data?

  Once you've used all your data allowance, your eSIM will no longer provide internet access. You can purchase a new eSIM if you need more data.

• Will my eSIM automatically renew after 7 days?

  No, this eSIM will not automatically renew. It will expire after 7 days from activation. You'll need to purchase a new eSIM or data package if you require continued service.

• What network speeds can I expect?

  This eSIM provides 4G/5G connectivity. Actual speeds may vary depending on local network conditions, your distance from cell towers, building materials, congestion, and other factors. In areas with strong coverage you can typically expect 10-50 Mbps on 4G/LTE and 50-300+ Mbps on 5G where available.

• Can I use this eSIM with a physical SIM at the same time?

  Yes, with dual SIM devices, you can use both a physical SIM and this eSIM simultaneously. This is ideal for keeping your regular number active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data.

• Do I need an eSIM for Norway?

  While you can use international roaming from your home carrier, an eSIM for Norway is highly recommended for travelers.
