  This eSIM is for data use only. You can make calls using apps like WhatsApp, Skype, or other VoIP services and send messages through these apps as well.

• How much data is 3GB and what can I do with it?

  With 3GB of data, you can typically browse the web for approximately 60 hours, stream about 9 hours of standard definition video, stream approximately 24 hours of music, or use navigation apps for roughly 120 hours. Actual usage varies based on app settings and content consumed.

• Can I share my eSIM with other devices?

  No, an eSIM is device-specific and cannot be shared between devices. However, you can use your device as a hotspot to provide internet to other devices, subject to your eSIM's data allowance and local regulations about tethering.

• What happens when I run out of data?

  This eSIM is reloadable. You can purchase additional data through our website or app when your data allowance runs low. Simply log into your account, select the eSIM you want to top up, and choose from available data packages.

• Will my eSIM automatically renew after 30 days?

  No, this eSIM will not automatically renew. It will expire after 30 days from activation or when you've consumed all 3GB of data, whichever comes first. You'll need to purchase a new eSIM or data package if you require continued service.

• What network speeds can I expect?

  This eSIM provides 3G/4G/5G connectivity. Actual speeds may vary depending on local network conditions, your distance from cell towers, building materials, congestion, and other factors. In areas with strong coverage you can typically expect 10-50 Mbps on 4G/LTE and 50-300+ Mbps on 5G where available.

• Will I have coverage throughout all countries in this region?

  This eSIM connects to leading local operators in each country, providing coverage in most populated areas and major transportation routes. Coverage may be limited in remote rural areas, inside some buildings, or underground locations.

• What if I have trouble installing or activating my eSIM?

  Check that your device is eSIM compatible and running the latest operating system, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi during installation, and try restarting your device. • Can I get a refund if I don't use my eSIM?

  Unused eSIMs (those that have not been activated) can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, as long as no data has been used. Once an eSIM has been activated and data has been used, it cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for complete details.

• Can I use this eSIM with a physical SIM at the same time?

  Yes, with dual SIM devices, you can use both a physical SIM and this eSIM simultaneously. This is ideal for keeping your regular number active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data.

• Do I need different eSIMs for each country in Africa?

  No, this regional eSIM works across all 29 countries in its coverage area. You only need one eSIM for your entire trip; it connects to local networks as you move between countries.

• Can I buy an eSIM at the airport?

  While some airports do sell eSIMs, it's much better to purchase your eSIM online before you travel: you get more plan choice, can install it before departure, and arrive with connectivity already sorted.
