Before you get started.

Will this save us money?

It can, especially where your current provider charges for overseas data. Compare the plan price with your actual roaming tariff and check that the data allowance and validity fit your trip. If roaming is already included, an eSIM may not be cheaper.

Can we use it for employees’ own holidays?

Yes. Your company can buy a travel eSIM as a staff perk and send the installation instructions to the employee. Choose a plan for their destination and check their device is compatible.

Can employees pay for their own plans with a discount?

Ask us about arranging a staff discount code for eligible plans. We’ll agree the offer and its terms with your business, then you can share it with employees. Business orders receive 10% off automatically through the business dashboard. Staff codes for personal purchases are arranged separately.

Do employees need a new phone or number?

They need an eSIM-compatible, network-unlocked device. On supported dual-SIM phones they can keep their usual SIM and use the travel eSIM for data. Calls, texts and data used on their home SIM remain subject to their mobile provider’s charges.

What stays in the business account?

Your company’s eSIM purchases and order history. Authorised business users can access the account, and order records can be exported to help with administration.

When should the eSIM be installed?

Follow the instructions for the plan you choose. Activation rules vary: some plans start on installation and others when they connect to a supported network. Check the validity rules before installing.
